Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $75 before the delivery fee.
Yes. A 25% deposit is required for all reservations, unless the reservation is made within 7 days of your event which will require full payment. Your deposit temporarily reserves your rental items and a full payment guarantees your rental items, delivery and setup.
This insures that the items that you have requested are available and the schedule has been set for deliver and setup for your very important event.
**If full payment is not made your deposit will be returned minus processing fees and your reservation will be canceled.**
Please call as soon as the need to cancel is realized. Refunds are only given if your order is canceled 72 hours prior to your event. You will be refunded what you paid minus the payment processing fee and any unrecoupable charges related to your request.
We accept Credit Cards on our website. Since full payment must be made 7 days prior to your event, paying on our website is recommended. If you desire to pay cash, it must be arranged at least 7 days before your event.
Yes, there is a minimum $40 delivery fee. We deliver and pickup all rentals. The delivery/setup fee is based upon the distance to your location and setup/pickup requirement. If a pickup is required after our business hours, there is an additional after hours fee. Call for a quote: 407-906-7086.
